Regulamentação da profissão DJ

O Senador do PTB de São Paulo, Romeu Tuma, apresentou um projeto de lei que pretende regulamentar a profissão de produtor e DJ, após ter o conhecimento de que o emprego não tinha registro legalizado.

As profissões serão reconhecidas como profissional de cabine de som (DJ) para todo aquele "habilitado em criar seleções de obras fixadas e de de fonogramas, impressos ou não, organizando e dispondo de seu conteúdo, executando essas seleções e divulgando-as ao público por aparelhos eletromecânicos, eletrônicos ou outro meio de reprodução".

E também o produtor DJ, que "é o que manipula obras fonográficas impressas ou não, recriando, criando versões, re-mixando, fazendo montagens, mixagens, criando obra inédita, originária ou derivada".

"Dadas essas considerações, julgo ser coerente dizer que estamos diante de uma nova forma de trabalho, de uma nova profissão que se desenvolve diante de um novo instrumento de trabalho e que essa nova profissão não está regulamentada pela legislação em vigor", disse o senador que acreditava que a profissão se enquadrava na Lei 6.533/78, que regula a prática da atividade de artistas e técnicos.

Ingressos para Madonna ainda estão disponíveis

Ainda há ingressos para os shows extras de Madonna no Rio de Janeiro e em São Paulo.

No RJ este show está marcado para o dia 15 de dezembro, e desde o inicio das vendas - no fim de semana - apenas a área vip já esgotou. A outra apresentação da cantora na capital será no dia anterior, 14, no mesmo local.

Em São Paulo, Madonna se apresenta nos dias 18, 20 e 21 de dezembro. Esse último foi marcado somente depois de se esgotarem rapidamente os ingressos das duas primeiras apresentações. Para esse show extra, há ingressos disponíveis apenas para a pista, e para as arquibancadas vermelha e laranja.

Os locais de venda dos ingressos também sofrem modificações a partir do dia 16/set. Além das bilheterias oficiais, a compra ficará disponível na Internet, e em alguns pontos de vendas.

No total, serão 5 shows de Madonna no Brasil com a turnê “Sticky & Sweet”. Esse é o maior número de apresentações marcadas na América Latina, e o Brasil é também o último país a receber a turnê.

Nova vocalista do Lasgo

Para quem não sabe, o projeto Dance de maior sucesso está de volta. Infelizmente os fãs da cantora Evi Goffin terão que se conformar com a saída da cantora. Mas não deixando a desejar, a belíssima Jelle Van Dael mostra que pode dar conta do recado assumindo a frente do projeto.

Com apenas 18 anos, pode acreditar, Jelle foi escolhida a dedo no concurso realizado na Bélgica para encontrar a nova vocalista do Lasgo.
